April 1946 and Neil enters the world, with a shock of blonde hair standing straight up and conjunctivites, a nurse told Olga that he was the ugliest baby she had ever seen. Just the sort of thing a new mother wants to be told. The above photo is Neil, aged 1 week, at the Brand St. property. After 5 weeks neil had had enough and decided it was time they hit the road, so he & Don & Olga packed their possessions and headed for the U.S.A.
