The Wedding Reception

Nick & Jacqui

This magnificent artwork was presented to the loving couple by the combined families.

Simply titled "The Reception" it startled with its raw simplicity

. The stark white of the pocelain bowl on a dark background contrasted with the two blushing pink rose petals to evoke a raw sexual energy whilst conveying a sense of inner calm.

The still banded leg of the rare Abyssinian Love Bird, gently wrapped in a pink tissue, emphasised the paradox of man's desire to nurture all things beautiful whilst lusting after the exquisite carnivorous delights of flesh.

Freeloading relatives descended on the North Parramatta Kindergarten for the last minute change of venue due to adverse weather warnings.

The Badgers, Biffins & Johnsons were well represented among the guests.

Trish, Jacqui & Nick ran themselves raggard serving the guests from a magnificent smorgasboard,
which unfortunately had almost all been consumed before the photographer remembered that he was not just there to drink champagne and eat king prawns.

Exhausted from taking three photographs the photographer collapses into a confy chair and a glass of bubbly whilst his son-in-law played with his camera.
Underwhelmed by being sat in the creche, the Johnson girls go looking for entertainment whilst Ryan teaches Josh the finer points of phone etiquette.
The wedding cake is rolled out and Jacqui makes it quite clear how she wants it served.
Sweets Yummy, Grandmas favourite
Satiated, it is time to catch up
Jacqui chats to Bobba Sarah catches up with Wendy Megan chats to Liz
Meanwhile, despairing of Dad getting anywhere
with those two chicks he was chatting up on SMS,
Josh has found one his own size.
Time for a few photos.
Then it's time to go, the young ones are off to the pub and the old fellas are home to bed.
If we can ever get josh out of the castle.
Gotcha
